Explanation of Targeted Disability
Secretary LaHood has committed that people with targeted (severe) disabilities
(PWTD) must represent 3% of the Department of Transportation work-force.
In
July 2009, Secretary LaHood renewed the 3% hiring goal, and added that he would
like to see a 3% on-board rate, too.

Training Administration
1.0 Purpose and Process
Objective:
This instruction prescribes requirements and best practices necessary and
appropriate for the administration of training conducted by the FAA Academy. It
includes requirements and best practices to be used by FAA Academy personnel
when preparing and delivering formal instruction on behalf of the Academy and
the Sponsoring organizations. The Process Objective of this instruction is
to ensure that all training is provided in a consistent manner commensurate with
the facilities and course materials available at the time the instruction is
provided. This consistency enhances customer satisfaction and fosters possible
improvements in the training delivery process.

This is Fantastic!!! Update your Member Profile online. And they said it
couldn't be done... You'll need to obtain a member number from one of the PAACE
board members (Marie). After that go to <Programs> then <Member Area>. Type in
your first name (case sensitive) Uppercase first letter only. Next, type in your
member number.
Once logged in, you will return to the HOME PAGE. From here it gets
easier... Go back to
<Programs> then <Member Area> and select
Union Stuff or update your member profile... Isn't technology Wonderful!
